Ingredients:

Grapes - 1cup
Sugar - as per taste

Step by Step Instructions:

 Wash grapes thoroughly in running water.
 Take grapes in a cup and add sugar to it.
 Take a pressure cooker with little water. place the grapes bowl in it. close the lid and let it cook for 4 whistles and in simmer for 10 mins.
 Once pressure is released, take out the bowl and let it cool.
Mash the cooked grapes. I took some pulp and mashed the rest for the grape juice. Mix the pulp and extracted juice. serve chill.











Ingredients:

Curd with malai formed
Water as needed

Step by Step Instructions:

 Take thick curd with malai on top of it. If your curd is store bought, you can add malai from milk.








Put it in mixie, add little water and grind it in speed 1 for 2-3mins.








Grind it in mixe until you see butter floating. Add necessary water and just rotate the jar in hand.








Once you rotate the jar, butter will be formed as lumps and you can take out separately in spoon.







Store butter in fridge. you can use it on top of bread or heat it and extract ghee out of it.







The leftover water is the yummy and cooling buttermilk.



Ingredients:

Indian Gooseberry / Amla / Periya Nellikai - 4Nos
Curry Leaves
Buttermilk - 3 cups
Salt as needed

Step by Step Instructions:


 Chop curry leaves. Cut amla into pieces and remove seeds.
 Grind amla in a mixie with little buttermilk.

once grained into a smooth paste, strain it and add it to the buttermilk.
