Ingredients:

Chicken drumsticks - 6
Red Capsicum - 1
Pepper - 1tsp
Oregano - 1tbsp
Paprika powder - 2tbsp
Red chillies - 3
Garlic flakes - 6
Oil
Salt as per taste

Step by step instructions:

Cut capsicum and remove the seeds. soak red chillies in water for 5mins.














Grind everything into a smooth paste by adding some oil and water.














Marinate chicken with the grinded paste for about an hour. Cover and let it cook on nonstick tawa on low flame, until oil separates.

Ingredients:
Fish - 1kg
Salt
Oil - 4 tbsp
Turmeric Powder

For marinating the fish before frying:
Coriander Powder - 1tbsp
Pepper Powder - 1 tbsp
Turmeric Powder - 1 tbsp
Chilly Powder - 1 tbsp
Green chilly - 1
Egg - 1
Salt to taste

Step by Step Instructions:

Clean the fish with turmeric and salt 2 or 3 times. And keep it aside.






Marination mix preparation:

Add 1 tbsp of Coriander Powder.






Add 1 tbsp of red chilly powder.






Add 1 tbsp of pepper powder.






Add 1 tbsp of Salt.






Then into mixture, add chopped green chilly, turmeric powder and egg.






Mix all the ingredients and make it a thick paste.






Apply the mixture on fish and let it dry for some 30mins.






Wrapping marinated fish in Banana Leaf:

Cut the banana leaf as per the size of the fish, wash it in water and place the marinated fish on it.









Roasting the Fish in Dosa Tawa:


Place the wrapped fish in dosa tawa. Add 4 tbsp if oil. Close the lid and cook for some ten minutes in medium flame.





After 10mins, turn the fish piece, close the lid and allow it to cook for 10 more mins.






Remove it from stove when both the sides are fully cooked. Make sure you don't burn it.






Serve with onion and Enjoy!!!







Hard-boiled egg yolks are mashed with green chiles, lime juice, mayonnaise, and cilantro, then scooped into the hard-boiled egg whites and topped with corn and tomato ketchup.

All you need for this yummy and simple boiled egg starter are..

Boiled egg
mayonnaise
Green Chilly - chopped
Lime Juice - 2tsp
Finely chopped coriander
Salt to taste
Black pepper
Boiled Corn

Step 1:

Hard-boil the eggs; cool, peel, and halve them; and carefully remove the yolks. Reserve the whites.











Step 2:

Mix the ingredients - Egg yellow, mayonnaise, Green Chilly, Lime Juice - 2tsp, Salt to taste and
Black pepper and make it into a paste.











Step 3:

Evenly pipe or spoon the yolk mixture into the reserved egg white halves. As desired, top with corn, tomato ketchup and coriander leaf.



Tasty tea time starter is ready!!!


   



All you need for this tasty and healthy, less oil but tastes like deep fried fish in gravy recipe..
[p.s: This recipe might look like having so many steps, but its worth trying it - bcoz of its unique and rich taste. Your children and your husband will definitely love it.]

Small onions - 20 to 30 in number for 1 kg of fish
Garlic - 5 - 6 pods
Curry Leaves
Grated Coconut - 1 cup
Soaked Tamarind Water - 1 cup
Fenugreek Seeds
Cumin Seeds

For the Masala:
Cumin Powder        - 1/2tsp
Red Chilli                - 1 1/2tsp
Pepper Powder       - 1/2tsp
Coriander Powder   - 1 1/2tsp

Steps:

Wash the fish with salt and turmeric powder for 2-3 times. Then Marinate the fish with salt, turmeric powder, chilly powder and keep aside for sometime.










Heat little bit of oil in pan and fry the pearl onions for some 2 mins.











Then add all the powders mentioned in the masala section and fry for some more seconds. Then add the grated coconut and curry leaves. Off the stove and let the fried ingredients cool down.









Grind the above fried ingredients and keep it aside for sometime.











On low flame, fry the marinated fish by adding little oil. We don't need to let the fish fully cook here, just fry it until the salt and turmeric taste gets into the fish. Off the stove when the fish is half cooked.










Add oil in pan, when hot add fenugreek and cumin seeds.











Then add the remaining chopped onions, garlic and curry leaves. Fry these ingredient until golden brown.











Add the masala we have grind-ed before. Let it boil for some 5 minutes until the raw smell go away. Add water if necessary.










Meanwhile boil water in idly pan, keep the above fried fish in pan. Pour 2 tbsp of the above prepared fish curry masala on top of the fish. Close the idly pan and let the fish boil for some 5mins. This step is for making sure that all the masala will get into the fish and it will have a very nice taste of the curry.







Off the idly pan. Now all the fish pieces have got all the taste of the fish curry.











Add the soaked tamarind water to the fish gravy as the final step and let it boil. Switch off the stove and then add the boiled fish pieces to the gravy.












Serve hot with Rice and Enjoy with your family!!!



All you need for this tasty, easy and quick - Pachaimilagai/Green Chilly Chicken recipe.

Chicken - 4-5 leg pieces or any
Green Chilly - 5
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1tbsp
Mustard seeds - 1/2tsp
Cumin seeds - 1/2tsp
Onion - 1/2 chopped
Turmeric powder - 1/2tsp
Coriander Powder - 1tbsp
Garam Masala - 1/2tsp

For Marinating the chicken:
Curd - 2tbsp
Chilly Powder
Salt to taste

Steps:

Wash chicken in hot water on adding turmeric powder and salt. once washed, mix 2tbsp of curd, salt and chilli powder with chicken. Allow the marinated chicken to become dry, by either placing it in freezer or keeping near fan.









Heat oil pan and add mustard seeds when hot. Once mustard seeds splutters, add cumin seeds and onion.












Add cut green chillies to the pan and fry it until onion turns brown.












Once onions are cooked, add ginger garlic paste to it and fry until the raw smell goes away.












Important step for best taste: From this step, reduce the flame and cook on low heat till end. Do not add any water to chicken.

Add the marinated chicken pieces to the fried onions and green chillies and mix well.












Add Garam Masala, Turmeric Powder, Coriander powder and salt to taste & mix well.












Do not add any water. Chicken itself will leave enough water. Close the lid and continue to cook in low flame for 15-20minutes.












Check often and stir continuously. Make sure its not getting burnt in the bottom.











Add coconut milk or cut coconut and let it cook for 5-10minutes until the water gets disappeared.













Serve it as a side dish and Enjoy this easy, tasty and delicious
