Ingredients:
Curd with malai formed
Water as needed
Step by Step Instructions:
Take thick curd with malai on top of it. If your curd is store bought, you can add malai from milk.
Put it in mixie, add little water and grind it in speed 1 for 2-3mins.
Grind it in mixe until you see butter floating. Add necessary water and just rotate the jar in hand.
Once you rotate the jar, butter will be formed as lumps and you can take out separately in spoon.
Store butter in fridge. you can use it on top of bread or heat it and extract ghee out of it.
The leftover water is the yummy and cooling buttermilk.
