Ingredients:
Tomato
Brinjal
Small onions
Red Chillies
Curry Leaves
Sombu
Salt
Turmeric Powder
Steps:
Cut Brinjal and tomatoes in to small pieces.
In a pressure cooker, add some oil, when hot add sombu, curry leaves, red chillies and small onions.
Then Add cut tomatoes & brinjal and mix well.
Add turmeric powder and salt, And mix well.
Add one cup of water to it and close the pressure cooker & let it cook.
Off the stove after leaving 3 whistles in the pressure cooker.
Put it mixie to grind it or use matthu for grinding the cooked tomatoes and brinjal.
