Potatoes - I love to have any variety of potato with curd rice. With Cumin flavor added, it not only tastes awesome but very healthy too. Cumin is a very good source of Iron for Energy and Immune Function, cumin seeds benefit the digestive system and also helps in cancer v and stomach and liver tumors.


All you need for the delicious dish..

Large Potatoes - 4
Dried Mango Powder - 1 1/2tsp
Red Chilli Powder - 1tsp
Cumin Powder - 1tsp
Coriander leaves for garnishing
Cumin Seeds - 1tsp
Coriander Seeds - 1tsp(crushed)


Steps..

Boil potatoes and cut into large cubes.






Add 4tablespoons of oil in frying pan.






Once the oil is heat, add cumin seeds and crushed coriander seeds and fry for sometime.





Add red chilli powder, cumin powder and dried mango powder. Mix well and fry for sometime.
Add boiled potatoes to the masala and mix well.






Once the masala pasted got sticked with the potatoes, garnish with coriander leaves and remove from flame.






Serve Hot and Enjoy!
